TechNa Yarns Features
Anti Bacterial
Bacteria are negatively-charged and Zinc ions are positively-charged, so Zinc will be absorbed on the surface of bacteria, then electrolyte balance of bacteria are broken, finally bacteria will die due to cell walls’ damage. Herbal extractant with rich Zinc is put in fiber permanently to grant anti-bacterial function.
Moisture Wicking
With a specially designed profiled cross-section, fabrics made from TechNa-Poly and Nylon yarns efficiently transport moisture away from the skin through micro-channels. This enhanced moisture-wicking ability keeps the wearer cool, dry, and comfortable even during hot and humid conditions, making it ideal for activewear and performance garments.
Safety and Permanent
Zinc is incorporated directly into the polyester fiber during the manufacturing process, ensuring it is permanently embedded and will not wash out or fade over time. This built-in zinc provides long-lasting antimicrobial protection and contributes to the fabric’s overall safety and hygiene without compromising comfort or durability.

Deodorization
Zinc embedded in TechNa-Poly and Nylon fibers effectively neutralizes body odor by inhibiting the growth of odor-causing bacteria. This deodorizing property helps keep the skin fresh and clean throughout the day, making fabrics made with TechNa-Poly and Nylon ideal for activewear and everyday garments that demand long-lasting freshness.
