WOOFIT Yarns Features
Heating
WooFit-Poly fibers are infused with nano-sized coffee charcoal particles, WooFit-Acrylic integrates multifunctional mineral nanoparticles, and WooFit-Rayon fibers incorporate nano-scale charcoal additives. These embedded materials enable the fibers to emit far infrared radiation (FIR), which penetrates the skin to induce vasodilation, enhancing microcirculation and accelerating metabolic processes. Furthermore, WooFit-Acrylic exhibits hygroscopic properties, absorbing moisture from ambient air and perspiration, subsequently converting this moisture into thermal energy, thereby amplifying the thermal regulation effect.
Thermal
WooFit-Poly fiber’s hollow core structure provides effective thermal insulation by minimizing heat transfer and preventing cold air infiltration. WooFit-Acrylic consists of microfilament hollow fibers containing static air pockets, which significantly reduce convective heat loss in low-temperature environments. WooFit-Rayon’s porous fiber morphology enhances thermal retention by trapping body heat and serving as a barrier against external cold air penetration.
Light Soft and Breathable
WooFit-Poly fibers possess a hollow microstructure that significantly reduces fiber density, resulting in lightweight yarns that enhance wearer mobility and reduce fatigue during exercise. Conversely, WooFit-Acrylic fibers utilize fine microfilament technology, which increases surface area and porosity, providing superior softness, enhanced moisture vapor transmission, and improved breathability for optimal thermal comfort.
Deodorizing
The activated charcoal integrated into WooFit-Rayon fibers creates a highly porous surface structure that effectively adsorbs volatile organic compounds and odor-causing molecules. This adsorption capability enables the fabric to neutralize unpleasant odors, resulting in a cleaner and fresher microenvironment for the wearer.
